01The service

Niche Finder ("the platform") provides AI-assisted business-opportunity discovery, scoring, and document generation. The platform is a decision-support tool: it produces research, projections, and draft documents for you to evaluate. It does not provide financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, and it does not guarantee any commercial outcome.

02Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. One welcome-credit grant applies per person; creating accounts to farm welcome credits is prohibited.

Human-only accounts. Accounts may be created and operated only by human beings. Registration or sign-in by bots, scripts, automated agents, or any non-human client is prohibited and is actively blocked; accounts found to be automated are suspended and their ACU balances forfeited. Programmatic access, where offered, is available only under a separate written agreement.

03ACU credits and payments

• ACUs (AI Compute Units) are the platform's prepaid usage credits: £1 = 100 ACU.
• Welcome ACUs are free, read-only credits for previewing the platform. They cannot fund generation, unlocks, exports, or builds, carry no cash value, and may expire.
• Paid ACUs are purchased in packages, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• Each action's ACU cost is displayed before you confirm it.
• Payment methods. Paid ACUs are purchased by card (processed by Stripe) or by mobile money (processed by KODA — e.g. Orange Money, M-Pesa). Mobile-money charges are converted to your local currency at the live exchange rate shown at checkout; the amount of ACU credited is fixed by the package regardless of exchange-rate movement.
• Refunds & right of withdrawal. You may request a refund of unused, unconsumed paid ACUs within 14 days of purchase. Consumers in the UK/EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases; by starting a generation you request immediate performance and agree that the right of withdrawal is lost for any ACUs consumed. ACUs consumed by a completed action are non-refundable, except where an action fails to produce output due to a platform fault, in which case those ACUs are restored.

Growth Partner (referral) rewards. When someone you refer makes a genuine paid ACU purchase, you earn a commission credited to your wallet as ACU (currently 10% of the referred purchase) — only on real paid usage, never on sign-ups alone. Self-referral, fake or incentivised sign-ups, and any attempt to game attribution are prohibited and void the reward. Commission is paid in ACU (which carry no cash value except where required by law); we may adjust the rate, cap rewards, or withdraw the programme at any time. You are responsible for any tax arising from rewards you receive.

04Generated content

You own the business plans, forecasts, decks, and reports generated from your inputs, and you may use them commercially. You are responsible for verifying all facts and figures before relying on them. AI-generated content can contain errors; scores and projections are probabilistic estimates, not statements of fact.

05Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to generate unlawful content, to infringe third-party rights, to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, to resell raw platform output as a competing service, or to circumvent ACU accounting.

06Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche Finder Ltd's aggregate liability arising from the platform is limited to the amount you paid for ACUs in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for business losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of generated output.

07Changes and termination

We may update these terms and ACU pricing; material changes will be announced in-product before they take effect. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

08Governing law & company details

The platform is operated by Niche Finder Ltd. These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. If you contract with us as a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
